Hi, I’m Leslie Norris, founder of Author Loot. Over the past 19 years, I’ve worked in Web Development, SEO, Graphic Design, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, helping creators and small businesses build strong, authentic online presences. As a published author and the co-founder of Foothills Book Fest located in Alabama, I’m passionate about creating spaces where indie authors of all genres can connect, grow, and be seen.

When I started Author Loot, my goal was simple: to create a transparent, supportive space for authors of all genres. I’ve seen too many writers struggle with confusing tech, inconsistent marketing advice, and a lack of honest guidance. Authors deserve to focus on writing, without the headaches of learning to wear all the hats that come with marketing a book.

Through Author Loot, I help indie authors design beautiful, functional author websites, improve their SEO, and build confidence in marketing their books online. I want you to feel empowered to manage your digital presence, not intimidated by it.
